My 2 year old daughter loved this kitchen as her Christmas present. It is indeed solid wood and beautiful to behold. Shipping was fast and the kitchen well packed.

Simply stunning, this beautiful wooden play kitchen is! It's totally worth the price! It's made of quality wood and all of the little compartments open and close gently which is great for little fingers! (Our LO is 21mo!) We also purchased the Fridge to match and they look gorgeous together in our daughters room. It's the first and last thing she plays with everyday! Both pieces were really thought out with cute little details and the wood finish is so silky smooth! The curly maple wood is a lighter wood and it goes beautifully with our daughters white furniture. It came pretty much already assembled and took maybe 15 min to add the handles. Anyone who comes over compliments on it and her friends love to play with it! This will be handed down to generations to come, we are SO happy with this purchase!

We cannot say enough good things about this kitchen. It captured our daughter's imagination from the moment it arrived (the boxes were intriguing) and has continued to bring her joy and adventures in chopping, measuring, baking, cooking, eating, and sharing every day. The wood is beautiful and the workmanship is impeccable. We shopped around quite a bit before buying: the Camden Rose kitchen easily exceeds the quality, beauty, and durability of any of the other, comparably-priced wood kitchens we saw at well-known national chain stores. Shipping took only a few days and assembly about 15 minutes. We expect the kitchen to last and be useful for years to come.
