Little Tikes Cupcake Kitchen

Like a Small Kitchen
The Little Tikes Cupcake Kitchen is absolutely adorable! It comes in pastel colors and the design is fun and functional. I think it would be really great too if you don't have room for a big play kitchen in your house since this is about half the size, but still has a sink, oven, and burners. I love that it even has a drawer for all the utensils and a shelf for plates and condiments! The stove burner will even click when you turn the knob. While the colors are girly, my son didn't mind playing with it at all and was excited to make little cupcakes. It comes with just enough accessories and everything can be stored in the drawer and oven when you want to put it away.
LOVE LOVE LOVE IT
It is a great kitchen. It does not take up too much room and it super cute. My kids love baking cupcakes for us all! It had held up so far and I don't anticipate any problems. The other thing is the drawer comes out very easy. It upset my daughter so much that we just removed it. Problem solved! We don't miss it.
Love it!
I bought this for my 1 year old daughter and she loves it! She plays with it every day. It's the perfect size (doesn't take up too much space) and not as expensive as other kitchens. Would recommend for ages 1-4

Little Tikes Cook N Grow Kitchen

People expect way too much for a toddler's toy.
[If you look at the 5 star reviews, especially the 2nd page, each and every one is rated unhelpful. So, at the risk of someone who hates this product reducing my reviewer rank for no good reason, I'm going to leave a positive review anyway.]

We purchased this kitchen in our local store for $45. I would not have spent $100. The material is like ALL Little Tikes plastic, e.g. the Cozy Coupe. The vent hood will not fall if it is screwed in like the instructions clearly state. Likewise, the white part will not lean forward if screwed in correctly. I have ALL the accessory pieces stored in the oven and fridge, so there is room, but I do plan to get more food and then the accessories will go in small baskets, slid under the counter in Stage 1 and wherever she wants them by the time it is in Stage 2. So, this is really not a big deal to me at all, having to spend $3 on some plastic baskets, and even IF the food it came with had been healthy, I'd buy more b/c it only came with a...
Flexible and fun!
There's so many things my children were able to do with the Cook 'N Grow Kitchen, including imaginative play, which they really enjoy. It is fun for them to play "Iron Chef" and having food contests (can you tell we are big Food Network fans?) and the cooking sounds make it seem more realistic to them. The toy is geared to kids 18 months and up and my kids loved opening and closing the doors of the microwave, oven, and refrigerator. The special aspect of this kitchen is that it grows with your child. I love that it can be adjusted to two different heights to enable it to be the perfect size for toddlers and young children. Another great thing about it is that it comes with more than 50 accessories, including food items, kitchen utensils, cookware, and cups and dishes. For the toy kitchens that I have purchased in the past, I always needed to purchase a separate set of the food items, so that was really nice for a change. You can set up the kitchen so it is a good size for toddlers...
Not well constructed.
I ordered this kitchen because it was the only play kitchen I found for 1 1/2 year olds and up. I thought the adjustable height was a great feature, and that my son would likely love to play with the oven and fridge door. I ordered this and had it delivered by the very beginning of December, and was excited to have my sons big Christmas gift done so early. Well, a couple weeks later, I decide to take the kitchen out to start putting it together early. Immediately I notice that the microwave door was just barely hanging on, with only tiny nubs of plastic, pushed into holes, holding it on. On mine, the top hole was too big, causing the microwave door to practically fall off. But, even if the hole was appropriate size, a curious baby/toddler could easily twist and pull the door off, and eventually stretch the plastic to the point of the door no longer working at all. I dont know about other parent's children, but my little boy is hard on toys! I also do not like how the oven door...

Little Tikes Super Chef Kitchen

You can't get a better bang for your buck!
I did a little bit of research on little toddler kitchen sets before deciding on this one. What I found in my research was that many of these kitchens are overpriced and/or PINK! I have nothing against pink but I get sick of buying pink ALL the time for my little girl. Plus, some kitchen sets are too wide and I needed something "compact."

When I saw this kitchen (and the price being much lower than others like it) I was suspicious. There were no other reviews on it when I bought it so I took a chance and purchased it anyway. I couldn't beat the price and I loved the colors (NO PINK).

When we got it, it was very easy to put together. I whipped it up within about 20 minutes. The stickers for the microwave, oven, etc. are pretty cheesy and you have to be very careful to make sure they are CENTERED and that you can push the bubbles out otherwise once you stick them then there is no fixing them.

My daughter loves this set. She's 15 months and likes...
Awesome price compared to others of the same kind.
I bought this last month for my 14 month old daughter. It was already inexpensive compared to other kitchens at around $75, but I happened to get it while it was on sale for even less!
I wanted a kitchen that wasn't overloaded with phrases and noises and would still allow her to use her imagination. This kitchen is a perfect mix of that has allowed her just that. Oven temp dial clicks, the stovetop makes boiling or sizzling sounds when you turn the dial. Comes with a few accessories (no food) which we are going to get for her soon. Doesn't come with the towel, but I just gave her one of our dish towels that we hardly use. I'm not really concerned about the storage of her play food once we get it, because she has several shelves and toybins that we keep things in. But for someone who wants to store food and accessories in here, there is SOME room in the fridge and oven and even less in the cupboard and microwave, but I wouldn't depend on it as the only storage space you have. On...
CUTE!
This is a great little kitchen for my almost 3 year old son. It is very solid and sturdy (my son is not very gentle with it). The burner makes sizzle and boiling sounds. Plus, it comes with very cute and realistic looking accessories (dinnerware, coffee pot & cell phone). However, don't expect to put much in the refrigerator, microwave, cabinet or oven. Space is small!
